The prayer of David. Hear, O Lord, my justice: attend to my supplication. Give ear unto my prayer, which proceedeth not from deceitful lips.

The text has not the pronoun, which, however, is in the Arabic as well as in the Septuagint, and is approvefl by Kohler. God is elsewhere said to be our justice. Jer. xxiii. 6. P. " hear the right."
