Who is the man that feareth the Lord? He hath appointed him a law in the way he hath chosen.

God teaches and guides him. The latter member may be understood as unfolding the meaning of the former— "to whom He hath given a tow"— whom he directs "in the way he hath chosen" — the path of virtue. St. Jerome : " docebit :" P. " him shall He teach."*
