“I attended, and hearkened; no man speaketh what is good, there is none that doth penance for his sin, saying: What have I done? They are all turned to their own course, as a horse rushing to the battle.”

“not...properly Heb. לא כן, not right, cf. (Num. 27:7) “The daughters of Zelaphehad speak justly (כּן). Each one turns away in his course [lit. in their course.] In the first way. They sin and repeatedly sin. מרוצתם is korse in O.F. like a frightening effaye in French.”
