Can a woman forget her infant, so as not to have pity on the son of her womb? and if she should forget, yet will not I forget thee.

Shall a woman forget her sucking child Heb. עוּלָהּ, similar to עוֹלֵל. from having mercy on the child of her womb Heb. מֵרֶחֶם בֶּן-בִּטְנָהּ. These too shall forget Even if these forget, I will not forget you.
