“Sade. Waters have flowed over my head: I said: I am cut off.”
On this verse:
“Water flowed, etc. When a person enters water up to his waist, he still has hope, but if the water flows over his head, he then says, “My hope is gone,” but I do not do this, for “I called, etc.” Water flowed the heathens.”
