The death of Aaron took place on Mount Hor, Numb. 20 : 28, 29, which seems not to hare been far from Mosera. The Samaritan text here is conformable to the passage of Numbers. Some mistakes may hare occurred in the text, by means of copyists.

Numbers 8 : 6. The phrase, "at that time," admits some latitude of meaning. H. P. "The Lord." The Lerltes were set apart for the ministry before their departure from Mount Sinai.
