“So the merchants, and they that sold all kinds of wares, stayed without Jerusalem once or twice.”
On this verse:
“So...lodged The traffickers and the merchants lodged outside Jerusalem on the Sabbath once and twice so that the Children of Israel would open the gates and buy from them on the Sabbath.”
